OUR WINES

You can read more detailed information about the origin, location and other details below Artisan wine production, starting from hand-picked grapes from selected micro-terroirs to hand-crafted corks. Our wines are produced in such a way that they reflect the varietal specificities and the terroir from which they originate as much as possible. This means that no additives are used in the production, except for selected organic yeasts and wooden barrels.

ARTISAN CABERNET FRANC

Cabernet Franc 100%
Dry red wine made 100% from the Cabernet Franc variety, by classical fermentation, aged for 3 years, of which 20 months in new barrels and one year in the bottle. Grapes are grown at 500 meters above sea level. Contains 14% alcohol, no sugar residues and no additives. In the fermentation process, we use only selected yeast and a minimum capacity of potassium metabisulfite. The wine is not filtered.

MASTER PLATINIUM

Dry red wine produced from Vranec 91%, Pinot noir 3%, Syrah 3% and Merlot 3% by classical fermentation. It ages for 8 years, of which 40 months in new barrels and one year in the bottle. Grapes are grown at 550 meters above sea level. It contains 16% alcohol, the rest of the sugar and additives are not used. In the production process, we use only selected yeast and a minimum amount of potassium metabisulfite. The wine is not filtered.

ARTISAN RIESLING RHEIN

Dry white wine made from the Riesling variety by fermentation for 4 months and kept on lees for 6 months. Grapes are grown at 250 meters above sea level. It contains 14% alcohol, the rest of the sugar and additives are not used. In the production process, we use only selected yeast and a minimum amount of potassium metabisulfite.

MERLOT ELIXIR

Dry red wine made 100% from the Merlot variety, by classical fermentation. It ages for 8 years, of which 40 months in new barrels and one year in the bottle. ARTISAN CHARDONNAY

The dry white wine is made 100% from the Chardonnay variety, with 7 months of fermentation and 10 months of residence on the lees. Grapes are grown at 750 meters above sea level. It contains 13.5% alcohol, the rest of the sugar and additives are not used. In the production process, we use only selected yeast and a minimum amount of potassium metabisulfite. The wine is not filtered.

ARTISAN CUVÉE

Dry red wine produced from Merlot 50% and Cabernet Franc 50% by classical fermentation. It ages for 3 years, of which 20 months in new barrels and one year in the bottle. Grapes are grown at an altitude of 550 meters above sea level. It contains 14% alcohol, the rest of the sugar and additives are not used. In the production process, we use only selected yeast and a minimum amount of potassium metabisulfite. The wine is not filtered.

TEMPRANILLO RESERVA 2012

This tempranillo has a distinctly oily structure in the glass, and the color is violet red. The nose is full of overripe plums, black pepper and tobacco. On the palate, there are many forest fruits as well as medlar, dark grainy fruit, and notes of vanilla and spices are present in all of this.
